沿革

TEAMSolutionsは、2023年に情報システム企業として事業を開始しました。

既存事業の拡大を目指すと同時に、新たな事業への挑戦を重ね、現在では、「情報システム開発事業」「海外での日本語教育事業」「外国人労働者紹介サービス」の分野において事業を展開しています。

各事業が持つ技術・手法の発展と総合力によって、

・コミュニケーションの明日を切り拓く
・社会の課題を解決する
・働く仲間が幸せになる会社

これらを実現することが、私たちTEAMSolutionsの目指す姿、ビジョンです。

事業を通して、Sustainable Development Goals（SDGs）の実現に努めるべく、AI、IoT、5G（第5世代移動通信システム）をはじめとする先端技術を用いて、

世の中にない新たなサービスを生み出し、社会に貢献することを目指しています。

そして、経営理念「全従業員の物心両面の幸福を追求すると同時に、人類、社会の進歩発展に貢献すること」の実現に向け、成長し続ける企業でありたいと願っています。

会社名・ロゴの意味

会社名の由来は、Together Everyone Achieve More Solutions の頭文字をとっています。

意味は、「皆が共に集まれば沢山の問題を解決できる」という意味です。

ロゴは、近江商人の三方よしをヒントに、五方よしの考え方を考え、

「売り手よし・買い手よし・社会よし・家族よし・関係者よし」を念頭に考えました。

色もグローバルを意識し、老若男女・国・宗教・哲学を超えて様々な人々と交流していく

会社を目指したいと考えました。

Meaning of Company Name and Logo

The origin of our company name is an acronym for Together Everyone Achieve More Solutions.

It means “Together Everyone Achieve More Solutions”.

The logo was inspired by the Omi merchant’s idea of sampo yoshi, or “good for the seller,” “good for the buyer,” and “good for the environment,

The logo was designed with the concept of “Good for the seller, good for the buyer, good for society, good for the family, and good for all concerned” in mind.

We wanted to create a company that is globally conscious in terms of color and that interacts with people of all ages, genders, countries, religions, and philosophies.
